      Youth access is essentially unlimited now, moving to a store based system allows for accountability and visibility. Here in PEI we just had our first tobacco sales audit ever come back with 0 sales to minors. I call that success. Drug dealers will not turn away youth, but the corner store…[En afficher davantage]

Generally when discussing cannabis regulation, decriminalization is used to refer to no longer arresting citizens for possession of small quantities – generally less than a 1/2 oz. but that production and distribution remains illegal.                 • There is a deregulation issue with alcohol that I personally witnessed.

                  While alcohol sales were banned on Sundays, I was working at a variety store in the city center. One of my tasks was to remove all aftershave from the shelves before opening on Sundays.

              I’m in favour of cannabis being legalized and regulated like alcohol. I don’t think anyone should be even fined for possessing or using responsibly.
