BURLINGTON – Liberal Finance Critic John McCallum stopped by the New City Park at Dundas Street and Kerns Road to view the progress that had been made with the $2.3 million in job creating infrastructure funding promised by the Conservatives to develop it. There was no evidence of any construction.
