If you want to know what’s really happening on the ground at COP15, talk to a Young Liberal. Better yet, watch them on YouTube.
Some 20 or so Young Liberals from across Canada are in Copenhagen as part of the International Federation of Liberal Youth delegation. Since Thursday, they’ve been reporting back on what’s happening using their personal Twitter accounts, blogs and a YLC-COP15 Youtube channel.
The Youtube Channel already boasts over 19 videos including two we’ve embedded just below. In the first YLC Delegate Antoine Pouliot paints a stark picture of how it feels to be labelled a Canadian at the climate summit. In the second, the YLC hears from Toronto Mayor David Miller moments after he “accepts” the Fossil of the Day award on behalf of Canada.
Meanwhile, you can follow their latest blog posts and tweets on a special page on the YLC website.
The Young Liberals will be in Copenhagen until the conference concludes at the end of next week. Look for more updates into next week.
