Since the cut-off to participate as a Member or Supporter in the 2013 LPC Leadership vote last Sunday, March 3, our staff across Canada has been working hard to compile the big number.
Now that we are ready to share it, I want you to be among the first to know.
I am very proud to announce that 294,002 Members and Supporters have taken the first step toward casting a vote to choose our new Leader.
I hope you share in my excitement about this incredible achievement.
Whether or not all these individuals register to vote before the March 14 deadline, the fact remains, nearly 300,000 Canadians are now helping the Liberal Party of Canada move forward. And as this movement grows so does our hope for Canada.
