Coordinator, Laurier Club Donations Program

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Laurier Club Coordinator for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to help achieve the Liberal Party of Canada’s mission and support our work together to deliver real change. The Coordinator, Laurier Club Program will serve as a support role to the Laurier Club Manager. They will join a team responsible for growing the Laurier Club and stewarding/renewing its donors.

Reports To

Manager, Laurier Club Program

Job Duties:

  • Assist in all administrative duties related to Laurier Club renewals including but not limited too reporting, preparation of lists for outreach
  • Collaborate with fundraising colleagues to develop acknowledgement and recognition processes for Laurier Club donors throughout their donor lifecycle (i.e 5yr, 10 yr. 15yr+ donors; birthday recognition etc.)
  • Supports the Direct Response Manager with fulfillment
  • Maintain up to date donor records within our donor database
  • Provide support to the Manager for written and verbal communications with donors, potential donors, stakeholders and fundraising co-chairs across the country
  • Support a process that prompts and assists renewal and outreach activities by volunteers and staff
  • Prepare reports on revenue and donor metrics as required
  • Assist with the development of event communications and on-line postings
  • Perform cross-functional duties, as assigned


  • University degree or equivalent diploma
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Office Suite, as well as CRM tools – Salesforce preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid judgment and discretion
  • Proven multi-tasking skills
  • Experience working with high value donors in a non-profit setting is an asset
  • Experience related to event management and communications are an asset
  • Bilingualism an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Some travel may be required
  • Will require flexible work hours at times
  • Fast paced, dynamic environment
