The National Field Program is a key pillar of the Liberal Party of Canada’s engagement and election readiness strategy. At its core, the program is about growing our movement for positive change, by leading conversations and engagement with Canadians.
As our Regional Field Director for British Columbia, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our BC office, managing a staff and maintaining a positive relationship with our team of BC caucus members and candidates. You will be held accountable to specific targets and timelines related to fundraising, volunteer engagement, voter contact and compliance. The success of the National Field Program, and this position, depends on you motivating a team of Field Organizers to support teams across the province.

Stakeholder relations - Have a proven track record of being able to build positive working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Budgeting - Work within a budget for your office and team,
Event Planning - Ability to manage the planning of large-scale events meeting goals and staying on budget.
Strategic Communications - Experience with communications and issues management.
Possess a working knowledge of Canadian politics and the values that bring us together as a Party.
Passionate about raising money for a good cause.
Good technical skills and the ability to problem solve in the moment.
Your primary responsibility is to manage a regional office and team, to hit critical deliverables in fundraising, engagement, voter contact, and regulatory compliance.
Provide training, support, and management for campaigns, local organizers, riding associations, candidates, and volunteers.
Organize different types of events, including the following: fundraising, engagement, campaign colleges and conventions
Maintain a budget and ensure all expenses are approved and fit within the budget.
Build positive working relationships across BC and in Ottawa.
