Battleford, SK – Battlefords—Lloydminster Liberals have nominated Larry Ingram, a hardworking small business owner and former municipal councillor, as the official Team Trudeau candidate in the upcoming federal by-election.
“Larry Ingram knows Battlefords—Lloydminster inside and out, and he is deeply committed to growing Saskatchewan’s middle class,” said Anna Gainey, President of the Liberal Party of Canada. “We are honoured to have Larry as our Team Trudeau candidate, and I know that he will be a strong and effective voice for Saskatchewan families in Parliament.”
Born and raised in Turtleford, Larry is a successful small business owner and sheet metal contractor who has worked on countless barns, homes, schools, and historic buildings in this community. Larry knows the value of hard work and determination, and he’ll work closely with Justin Trudeau to strengthen our middle class and create good, well-paying jobs in Battlefords-Lloydminster.
Larry has a proven commitment to public service, demonstrated in his service as a former Municipal Councillor for RM Mervin 499 and as the Team Trudeau candidate in Battlefords—Lloydminster for the 2015 election. He is also the former vice-chair of the North Central Transportation Planning Committee.
